If your order arrives with damage, missing parts, or another issue, Nexomensa will review the case and provide practical next steps based on the product condition and supporting evidence.

1. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

2. Damage, missing parts, wrong items, or package issues should be reported within 3 days with clear photos.

3. Standard-item return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery and approved by Nexomensa before any item is returned.

4. Returned items for non-quality reasons must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and kept in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, labels, and manuals.

5. For customer-choice returns, return shipping and any reshipping cost are usually the customer’s responsibility. A 7% restocking fee may apply to refund-only returns.

6. Custom or personalized items, used or installed items, clearance items, minor color differences, and size differences under 0.5 in. are usually not eligible for return or refund.

7. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after approval.
