Made for your business only
Custom signs can't be returned or resold once the proof is approved. Damage in transit, production defects or differences from the approved proof are remade.
Size tolerance
Each sign is made individually, so final dimensions may vary by about ±1 cm (0.4").
Lit signs
Light color is confirmed before production and can't be changed afterwards. Mini LED letters are front-lit only; backlit letters glow behind the letters only.

Why is the price an estimate?
Each sign is made to your logo. Type and size set the price for most orders. If your final design needs something different, such as a much more complex shape, we confirm any change with you before production.
I don't have my logo file ready. Can I still order?
Yes. Check out with the type and size you want and our team will contact you to collect your logo. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest result; high-resolution PNG or JPG also work.
Which types light up?
Mini LED Channel Letters light from the front face. Stainless Steel + Acrylic Backlit Letters create a soft halo on the surface behind them. PVC, Acrylic Crystal and Stainless Steel letters are not illuminated.
What power do the illuminated signs need?
Plan for a standard wall outlet near the desk or wall. Our team confirms the power supply details with you before production.
Can the sign go on the wall behind reception?
Yes. All types can be mounted on flat interior walls. For walls, choose one size larger than you would for the desk front.
