How will my order be shipped?
It depends on the size of the item:
- Most Items (Reception Desks, Chairs): Shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Delivered to your front door/ground level. No appointment needed.
- Oversized Items: Shipped via Freight Truck. Delivered to the curb. Appointment required.You will receive a tracking number (e.g., FedEx or R+L) to verify the method once shipped.
Will the driver bring it inside?
No. Whether it ships via FedEx or Truck, standard delivery is to the Ground Level / Front Door only.Drivers are not authorized to carry boxes up stairs, into elevators, or into specific rooms for insurance reasons. Please plan to have assistance available to move items indoors.
What if the box arrives damaged?
Our cartons are reinforced, so a rough exterior often does not mean the product inside is broken.Please follow these steps:
- Do NOT refuse delivery: Please accept the package. Refusing a shipment can result in high return fees and delays.
- Sign as "Damaged": If the box looks ripped or crushed, write "DAMAGED" on the driver's receipt when you sign.
- Inspect the Desk:Minor Cosmetic Issues: If there are small scratches that do not affect functionality, we can offer a Partial Refund (Compensation) so you can keep the item and use it immediately.Broken Parts: If a specific part is broken, send us photos, and we will ship Free Replacement Parts right away.
Is the orientation reversible?
No, the design is fixed. The high privacy panel is on the left and the lower reception counter is on the right (when viewed from behind the desk).
Is assembly difficult?
Assembly is straightforward but requires2 peopledue to the weight of the panels. We provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware. You will need a standard Phillips screwdriver (electric drill recommended for faster setup).
