How will my order be shipped?

Since this is a compact desk (under 70 lbs), we ship it viaFedEx or UPS Ground. This means it will be delivereddirectly to your front door or ground level entrance. No appointment is needed, and you don't need to worry about curbside unloading.

Will the driver bring it inside?

Standard ground shipping delivers to your front door. Drivers typically do not bring boxes inside your home or office or up stairs. Since the package weighs around 60 lbs, we recommend having a second person help you move it indoors.

What if the box arrives damaged?

Our cartons are reinforced, so a rough exterior often does not mean the product inside is broken.Please follow these steps:

Do NOT refuse delivery: Please accept the package. Refusing a shipment can result in high return fees and delays.
Sign as "Damaged": If the box looks ripped or crushed, write "DAMAGED" on the driver's receipt when you sign.
